Massage Therapy: Elysse has enjoyed a successful private massage practice for over ten years. Different types of massage offered include, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, Cupping, Somatic Breath Therapy, Geriatric Massage, Reiki, Pre-natal, Postpartum care and during labor massage. Each unique session is an integrative massage based on the clients' needs for that day. Elysse seamlessly blends both an intuitive and technical approach having trained in many modalities over the years. She has trained with and mentored by world renown Pregnancy Massage teacher Carole Sheets. Corporate Massage Therapy:  Elysse has extensive experience in onsite workplace massage.

MBSR: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is a science based meditation technique. Mindfulness meditation is a unique style that focuses attention on body and self in the present moment. In each session, individuals and groups learn practical methods that help cope and relieve day-to-day stressors. Each class concludes with a powerful sound bath, complete with crystal singing bowls. 

Infant Massage: Trained with the World Institute for Nurturing Communication, Elysse offers infant massage classes to parents & professionals. This is a wonderful evidence based class based around the Triad Model, raising the bar beyond infant massage, mastering compassionate communication, healthy environment and nurturing touch. These massage routines are very and effective have been published in the Osteopathic Medical Journal. Classes are informative and playful while learning specific massage routines, remedies and tools to connect with your baby and help your family thrive!

Sound Healing: This unique modality uses a variety of different sounds to melt away stress, anxiety, depression, pain, blocked emotions, facilitate spiritual breakthroughs and much more. Science has proven that our bodies vibrate at various frequencies of sound, using sound vibrations to heal is quite sensible. If we imagine our body as an instrument, by using sound we tune, harmonize or synchronize ourselves to the same sound that we are using during this therapy. So in essence we are giving our bodies a "tune up". The most obvious benefit you can expect is experience a more relaxed, present, stress free state of mind. In sessions, Elysse uses aromatherapy, guided imagery and relaxation techniques to easily facilitate clients into peace and relaxation. 

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT): Also commonly referred to as “Tapping,” is described as a, self-healing tool based on the Chinese Medicine acupuncture points located around the body to help restore & balance the body’s energy, mind, body, and spirit. Through EFT you will mend the negative emotions, traumas (big and small), and physical symptoms that stem from the energy disruption. Yoga: Elysse is a 500hr Registered Yoga Therapist and has practiced with some of the most influential names in yoga including Shiva Rae and Seane Corn. These restorative yoga classes are geared for beginners, people with injuries, and those looking to reach specific goals in yoga and for an ultimate relaxation experience. The hands-on classes incorporate building strength, correcting alignment and yoga philosophy.
